My Ph.D. work is mainly focused on the development of electrical isolation method that provides mechanical stability and good electrical properties, free from residual stress and footing phenomenon in DRIE process. With the developed method, a z-axis micro gyroscope was fabricated, and I will present the experimental results with the device. Several papers published in Transducers 05 would be reviewed as well.
