2017.10.24 - Ethan Keeler's poster presentation "Optical-Trapping Enhanced MEMS-Resonant Mass Detection for Biological Applications" received the Best Research Poster Award at the WNF Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & NNCI Community Appreciation Night. Co-authors for the poster are Peifeng Jing, Jingda Wu, and Chen Zou from our group.

2013.12.03 - Our patent application "Color-selective quantum dot photodetectors" was issued a US patent (No. 8,598,567). The color-selectivity is achieved by integrating plasmonic nanoparticles with quantum dot photodetectors.
