Parmoon Seddighrad Wins Intel Fellowship
Parmoon Seddighrad, a graduate student in David Allstot's System-On-Chip lab, has been selected as a 2009-10 Intel Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship Award winner. Her proposal was titled "Multi-standard CMOS RF Transmitter".
This renewable fellowship covers tuition and fees for one year, and provides a $23,000 stipend and a $1500 travel grant for Parmoon. Intel has also provided her with a mentor to provide support and advice, and invited her to participate in the next Intel Foundation Fellowship Forum.
